MSC/MSW - Wellington
MSC and MSW are a great bunch of people that play in similar ways and it's gonna be good to try and get some more gaming between and with each other.
This Game is being organised by Odin and Kepler more details as they come.
Venue is still be be announced, but plan to be in Upper Hutt for the first game to be starting at 11:00.
MISSION PROFILE
A New Zealand Civil Engineer was captured 8 weeks ago by a militant Islamic group while traveling with his Afghan business partner in Wellington. Both men were initially taken hostage; however the partner was released after a ransom was paid. There has been no mention of the kidnapping to the media in order to keep publicity from endangering the New Zealander's life and making him more difficult to find.
The kidnappers have consistently moved from location to location, making a rescue operation impossible. Recently, however, reliable intelligence data has come in that places the kidnappers and their hostage in a training camp near Lower Hutt City for an extended duration.
The camp is located near a mountainous region in the Province. It is heavily fortified and approachable only from a lower elevation to the south. There are expected to be a large number of enemy forces there, which is presumed to be the reason they are not planning on moving their hostage.
We also have had reports of oppfor sniper teams operating in the area.
FIRST PHASE PRIMARY OBJECTIVES:
RESCUE KIDNAPPED CONTRACTOR X 1 [CONTRACTER IS WEAK/INJURED AND CAN ONLY WALK]
ELIMINATE ENEMY SNIPER TEAM IN YOU’RE A .O
RETRIEVE INTEL [ENEMY PAPER WORK ON CHEM WEAPONS], MANILA FOLDER? THIS WILL RELATE TO FURTHER MISSIONS.
SECOND PHASE PRIMARY OBJECTIVES:
LOCATE CHEM WEAPONS / CHEM MISSILES, NUMBER UNKNOWN
THEY ARE VERY SIMILAR TOO THE SAM SITE MISSILES BUT CARRY A DEADLY PAYLOAD.
KILL ENEMY COMMANDER, OBSERVE, LOCATE, THEN KILL HIM
SECONDARY OBJECTIVES:
DISABLE ENEMY SAM SITES. X 3
GAIN CONTROL OF ENEMY COMMS RELAYS. X 1
LOCATE AND DESTROY SAT DISH. X 1
OPERATIONAL RULES:
WHEN ASSAULT FORCE GAINS CONTROL OF COMMS RELAY THEY CAN OPEN BOX AND CHECK WHAT CHANNEL IS IN USE, YOU NOW HAVE THE OPTION OF JAMMING CHANNEL WITH RUBBER BAND FIXED ON PRESEL SWITCH, OR YOU CAN EARS DROP ON RADIO CHATTER AT YOUR LEISURE.
BE AWARE COMMS RELAY CAN BE TAKEN BACK FROM ASSAULT FORCE AT ANY TIME AND OPPFORS WILL RESET CHANNEL.
COMMS RELAY IS DESIGNATED AN INSURGENT RADIO FREQ.
DISABLE SAM SITE WITH GRENADE, LEAVE GRENADE SHELL AS INDICATOR TO SHOW IT HAS BEEN DESTROYED.
DISABLE SAT DISH WITH GRENADE, LEAVE GRENADE SHELL AS INDICATOR TO SHOW IT HAS BEEN DESTROYED.
INSURGENTS CAN REINFORCE SITES IF THEY HAVE LINE OF SIGHT OF THE SITE BEING ATTACKED.
2 X INSURGENTS FOR EVERY SITE, ROTATING PATROLS WITH OTHER SITE.
ASSAULT FORCE HAS 2 DESIGNATED MEDICS.
WHEN YOUR HIT GO TO GROUND STAY PUT TO GET MEDIC TO PATCH YOU UP,IF NOT REACHED WITHIN 5 MINS YOU BLEED OUT, GO TO START POINT/ ASSEMBLY POINT AND RESPAWN WITH ONE OTHER.
